Chasing Rainbows Ltd Chasing Rainbows Ltd  is mainly a property owning and management company.  Currently it owns and manages five units, four domestic and one commercial. The four domestic units comprise two three bedroomed houses, one three bedroomed flat and a two bedroomed flat. The commercial unit  is a lock up shop comprising of  approximately 336 sq ft of sales area together with kitchen and  toilet areas. All units are currently let on either Assured Shorthold/Statutory Periodic Tenancies or on a commercial lease.

The company is also able to provide consultancy services, mainly in the fields of public transport planning and  property management.  Public transport consultancy is usually provided through ElanPTC, a small specialist consultancy based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
